Role of Director Human Resource
- Identifies the man power requirements (skills, educational level, types, of position, number of positions and cost) for meeting the organization long term business plans.
- Monitors and analyzes the procurement, allocation and compensation of employees.
- Supports analysis of activities related to job designs, training and the modeling of employees career paths and reporting relationships.
- Supports the office of the Joint Country Chief of Personnel, Trainings, Operations and Administration.
